Welcome to Meadow Springs Venue!!  We are based in the heart of beautiful Warrenton, Georgia, USA and are surrounded by picturesque lakes and pine trees.  The venue offers an excellent location for your event.  

We are a father and daughter team!  Brian moved here from England around 2004 and Vicky followed at the end of 2009. Over the years we have operated an environmental business.  In 2013 we finished building our home and Vicky had a little child, who she hopes one day will take over the family business.

In 2020 we hosted our first wedding, we really enjoyed helping to make their day special in every way possible and it inspired us to create an event venue and share the beauty of our property with others.

During the Covid-19 shutdown in March 2020, we started working on the outbuildings.  We renovated 'The Cabin' and launched the Cabin stay in November 2020 on Airbnb and VRBO.  We successfully became super-hosts, please see some of the lovely reviews from people that have stayed at the Cabin.

'We're very grateful for the amazing time we spent at the cabin.  Everything was clean and neat.  We had more than enough space to enjoy every corner.  The A/C and all kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The location of the cabin made it really easy to visit different towns in the area.  Groceries and all kind of purchases were very accessible to make.   Brian was very nice and polite.  He even lent us a guitar since he knew my husband knew how to play it.  All the green zones were massively spacious and peaceful.  The trees and the lakes created a little paradise for us.  We extremely loved our experience!  Highly recommended.  We found quietness, peace and fun at the same time.  PS. Vicky and Brian were awesome and the space was great.  Vicky was super responsive and friendly.  got to chase some chickens with her so that was fun!  The amenities were above expectations - new ac units in each room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, everything you'd need to cook a nice meal.  Took a stroll around the pond and swung on the deck swing.' - Aree

The Cabin has an outside porch with rocking chairs, large living room, full kitchen, bathrooms and three bedrooms.

In 2021 we added a small Tavern, this is very cute addition with a traditional English pub feel.

We renovated the old barn, bought chairs, made some tables, built a small stage, put some lights up and hosted parties and weddings.

In 2023/2024 we built a new barn out of our own lumber.  The barn is designed in such a way to give great acoustics, making it a perfect listening experience.

Vicky is actually a singer/songwriter and has been performing since she was a teen.  Performing around the area she has met some very talented musicians.  With her love for music and with hosting parties, she created The Mad Pig Jam to bring musicians and music lovers together.

In July 2023, we hosted the first Mad Pig Jam.  Through word of mouth we invited musicians to bring their instruments and friends and come jam!  The Mad Pig Jams have become very successful and are hosted every 4th Saturday of the month and is a great networking event.  

The new barn has a large stage, lighting, top of the range sound system, Projector, Chillout area, chairs, tables, Toilets and a Kitchen with serving hatches. There is an outside Grill area with serving hatches and outside toilets.  The Barn is available for events.  

In 2024 we had a music video filmed on the New Barns stage and will be release soon!

During winter months we have a large open fire, conveniently located from the Cabin and Barns.

We have a pergola near the lake with swinging chairs, relax by the lake, listen to music or read a book.  This can also be converted into an outside stage or a alter by the lake.
